Our Phases of growth
Phase 1 has been completed. We have 28 RV spots ready to rent short or long term. 18 standard RV spots and 10 premium spots. All with 30/50amp hook-ups. Water and septic at each site. With our grand opening specials you can save $100, $250, up to a FREE month of rent. Book now! We are family owned and operated and would love to host you.
Phase 02 / in progress
Restroom & laundry facility
We are currently working quickly to complete our restroom and laundry facility. Which will include: Two bathrooms and two showers. ADA compliant. Washer and dryer. Wash sink. Two exercise machines. Vending machines for your late night snaking, and a rest area for those who need to get our of there RV. And we will have video games for the adults.
Phase 03
Community Fire pit area / Completed
Bringing the RV community together around one of our favorite things to do. Music and Fire pit chatter. Smores and just good conversation. Bring the whole family or sit individually. It's a nice way to relax at the end of the day or on the weekend. You can watch the sunset while snuggled up the our warm fire. Great way to meet your neighbors and new people.
Phase 04
Fishing Pond / Completed waiting on rain
We have a private fishing pond stocked with rainbow trout and bass. Due too the hot weather this summer we are in the process of grooming it. Getting it to the resort level it can be. Its a beautiful and peaceful place to fish or just sit and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Phase 05
Games for kids & adults
Coming soon
We will have a full play area for the kids. With slides, climbing challenges, and swigs. Horse shoes and Been bag toss for the adults and family.
And a gated dog area for privacy.
Phase 06
Shaded Tree line walk / in progress
Beautifully shaded tree line walk for all to enjoy. Peaceful and serine. Approx. a half a mile to the Fishing pond and back. Experience a bit of nature in your own back yard.
