I understand that the RV owner is entitled to use the designated parking space exclusively for parking the RV and its tow vehicle.

I understand that the RV must be parked within the designated parking spot.

I understand that the RV owner shall not cause disturbances or inconveniences to neighbors or other tenants.

I understand that the RV owner is responsible for maintaing the cleanliness and appearnce of the RV and the parking space.

Utilities (Electricity) shall be used responsibly and paid in addition to the rent.

I undertand that monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. (Or 30 days from the date moved in)

I undertand that payment will be made via Cash, Check, Credit card or online payment.

I have read and understand the RV Park Rules.

I understand that all RV owners are subject to background checks.
